Resume
This six-day adventure is a trekker's delight. By combining two fabulous routes, the Inca Trail and the Salkantay route, we've come up with a trekking experience never to be forgotten. The trek traverses high passes with dramatic high mountain views. Salcantay (6,270mt-20,565ft) was one the most sacred mountains in Inca mythology. It's home to the "apus" (gods) - the spirits influencing all aspects of life. The trek's highest point passes so close to this magnificent peak that it seems you can reach out and touch it. The route then descends, hiking through Andean communities, before connecting with the Inca Trail. This route is a true marvel: breath-taking vistas, impressive land escape and a wide array of flora and fauna.
